Eventos Falcon provides a complete planning and coordination event service including weddings, baby showers, quinceañera, sweet sixteen, birthday parties, and corporate celebrations. Austin area only.

Gold Package - Wedding Planning & Design

Starting at $2,500

*Transportation fee will depends on how far the wedding venue is

1yr - 6 months - check in
Management and budget creation based on your availability
Custom designed mood board for Cocktail Hour, Ceremony, and Reception
Assist with vendor research and selection based on couples style, personality and budget
Schedule initial vendor meetings
Unlimited access to planner via phone or email through planning process
Help choose table settings, floral arrangements, decor, and music.
Make sure the ceremony space looks how the couple wants to look.
Monthly recaps and check in via email or phone call
Attend final walk through with your venue
Review of vendor contracts and rental orders
Assist with wedding day timeline, ceremony line up, and table layouts
Confirm and discuss wedding day details with all vendors
Direct ceremony rehearsal
10 Wedding Day hours to assist with set-up and take-down after the event
Distribute day-of payments to vendors

Silver Package - Wedding Coordination

Starting at $1750

*Transportation fee will depends on how far the wedding venue is

1 month check in

Make sure each vendor is following the timeline
Confirm that all rentals have been delivered and set up on time
Keep the wedding on schedule by making sure that the wedding party is getting ready on time
Take responsibility for the marriage license, vows, and rings (if requested by our clients)
Provide guidance to the ushers on how and where to seat guests for the wedding ceremony
Confirm that the place cards and guest book are in place for the reception
Ensure that wedding party members are in their positions before the wedding processional begins
Review the names of the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and other members of the wedding party so that the DJ knows how to pronounce them
Make sure that the DJ sticks to the timeline for wedding reception announcements, such as the cutting of the wedding cake
Oversee the tear-down process … the happy couple should not have to worry about the clean-up!
Facilitate the process of moving the wedding gifts
Take over vendor communication 2 weeks before wedding day
Assist with wedding day timeline, ceremony line up, and table layouts
Confirm and discuss by email wedding day details with all vendors
8 Wedding Day hours to direct set-up and take-down after the event
Direct ceremony rehearsal (extra fee)
Attend final walk through with your venue (extra fee)
Loading of gifts and personal items into designated vehicles

Bronce Package - Day of Coordination

2 week - check in
